MPSSA Cross Country

Last Thursday it was the MPSSA year 4-6 Cross Country Tournament. On this day all the best cross country athletes from all the schools in Manurewa competes to see who is the best runners in each age group. At the MPSSA Cross Country day I have learned new skills such as working the sound system. I also learnt to guide the athletes in the correct direction and also learned how to set up a good cross country course. This was a really fun day but at the same time hard work. The reason why we went was to help out Mr Fourie with the day. We also developed our leadership skills and learned to organise sports days. There is a lot more to it that you would think.  Only 4 students helped. It was me, Zach, Krisana and Louise. I am sure they have learnt just as much as I did. So I hope I get another opportunity later on the year.
