Cross Country
On the 6th of May was the annual Reremoana Cross Country day.
This is a day our entire school train for. We spent the last three weeks of term 1 and the first week of term 1 to prepare for this day. This year the year 7 students had to run 3km and the year 8 students 3.5km. This might not seem like a long way, but believe me it takes a lot of effort to complete a race that long. The race started and finished on the school ground. This year the finish line was nicely marked with orange flags. Every student participated very well, and completed their races.
